Fiona Houston started her career as a journalist at the New York Times, and has also worked as the Washington Corrrespondent for The Scotsman. In addition she has written for The Washington Post, the New York Post, and the Daily Record. She was nominated for the US National Magazine Award by Men’s Health magazine for her feature article on education.
Since moving back to Scotland Fiona has worked for the Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100, the entity sponsored by Richard Branson to track and promote Britain’s top-performing private companies. She is responsible for management and performance analysis of companies in Scotland and the North of England, and writes and edits press material for the Sunday Times supplement. She is also a columnist for the Daily Telegraph and is currently working on two books.
